This camp is designed for the serious wrestler. whether you are a wrestler who is looking to crack the varsity for the first time, or a state champ that is looking to make a jump to the next level-this camp will meet your needs. Our committed and experienced staff will take you to a new level, no matter who you are aor what your credentials are. You will leave camp different than when you arrived, as long as you buy in to the system and bust your tail.
With over 50 years of camp experience, the JZ Camp Staff knows how to get the most out of the campers. Our staff will not only show the campers how to get better and train the right way, we will do it alongside them. We strongly believe in fundamentals, and still believe the best way to win is by being tough, hard-nosed and aggressive. These things will be stressed in the camp.
Skills and attributes that will be stressed during the camp include: physical and mental toughness, self discipline, committment, self-reliance, accountability, nutrition and strength training. JIM ZALESKY - GREAT WOLF LODGE
July 21-24, 2013
This wrestling camp will focus on the complete wrestler; proper drilling, live wrestling, and match strategy and tactics. Along with great wrestling and instruction, you will be able to enjoy the great immunities that the Wolf Lodge provides. In the camp cost access to the water park each day is included. We will conclude our camp with a takedown tournament, so that you can apply the skills that you will develop during our camp, to your live wrestling. This camp is open to wrestlers ages 6 to 18.
Campers wishing to attend this camp on a commuter basis can do so, however the campers will not be allowed to use any of the amenities in the resort between sessions. Commuters will have to be dropped off and picked up after each session. This is a policy of The Great Wolf Lodge!

OREGON ELITE CAMP
July 29 - August 1, 2013
This camp is designed for wrestlers at every experience level. Campers will have the opportunity to learn wrestling skills in all three positions (feet, top, bottom). The skills taught at this camp will be taught incrementally so that every wrestler will be able to grasp each skill. Campers will be grouped based on experience so that campers can learn at their own pace.
The facilities at SWOC are unbelievable, giving us ample space to break campers up to best suit their experience and ability level.
This camp will center on all aspects of wrestling:technique, live workout sessions, dual and individual competition.
Campers and families can take advantage of the camps location and visit the Pacific Ocean and other scenic places located in the area.
